监禁星球阿米巴是一部科幻,惊悚片，日本上空突然出現謎樣的生命體，隨機綁架地球上的女性。遭綁架的無辜女子，會全身被束縛的狀態下強制受孕後送回地球。某日，水月禮的妹妹亞美慘遭不明生物擄走，為了解救心愛的妹妹，她不得不與防衛省合作，對抗謎樣的浮遊物體的侵略。
Mizuki Rei comes across a woman lying in the middle the road wrapped in a gooey and unknown substance. With her dying words the woman warns Mizuki of an alien threat. As she reports the death and the warning she comes to understand that the woman she came across was not an isolated incident. A friend of hers disappears soon thereafter.
