蓝眼睛的阿里是一部剧情,犯罪片，纳德16岁，他有一个意大利女朋友，这不符合父母的期望和伊斯兰教义。但是对于这个年轻人来说，传统根本不重要。他想要的东西必须马上得到，也许还会动用暴力。这一点与他的同学斯特法诺不谋而合。

Nader, an Italian teenager of Egyptian origin on the verge of adulthood, prefers loafing down the streets of Rome in the company of Stefano, his best friend and of Brigitte, and spending time with Brigitte, his Italian girlfriend, rather than attending classes at his vocational high school. But after a brawl in a disco that goes wrong, Nader's little life is turned upside down.
