我的女儿们是一部剧情片，性格倔强的单身女演员马尔塔年过四十，与她神经质的妹妹小学教师卡西亚一向不和。在母亲突发中风成了植物人之后，一向在家说一不二的父亲也被查出罹患重症。面对将要失去双亲的家庭变故，因与父亲的关系而一向心理十分纠结的马尔塔更加焦虑和消沉，而卡西亚也因生活的缘故开始盘算如何将父母的财产和房子据为己有。母亲去世之后，为了使父亲能够享受最后时光，她们两人在不停冲突的同时也开始有了进一步的交流……
