狂情杀手是一部剧情,动作片，马老六（任达华 饰）、阿龙（郑浩南 饰）和阿苗（施绮莲 饰）是从小玩到大的青梅竹马，长大之后，马老六只身前往美国，阿龙和阿苗则结成了夫妻。一晃多年过去，马老六从国外归来，俨然一幅成功人士的模样，重逢的喜悦平复之后，阿龙和阿苗决定跟随马老六去美国闯一闯。 　　马老六先将阿苗带出了过，让阿龙没有想到的是，妻子竟然就此失去了音讯。心中充满了疑惑的阿龙亲自来到了美国，才知道马老六在美国干的竟然是违法勾当。一场意外让阿龙成为了警方通缉的逃犯，这一变故戳破的马老六苦心经营的谎言，原来，马老六欺骗阿苗，说阿龙遭遇车祸不幸去世，悲伤和绝望之中，阿苗改嫁马老六。谎言被揭穿之后，阿龙和阿苗终于团聚。
