With difficulty getting out of a series of misfortunes: the illness and death of her mother, the betrayal of her fiance and the loss of her apartment, Nastya bought a wonderful, albeit slightly abandoned house in the village. But it came with a surprise in the form of its owner, former investigator Artyom, who was unjustly convicted on false charges. It turned out that Nastya was deceived by unscrupulous realtors. Nastya and Artyom team up to achieve justice and find their happiness.
