Evolution in successive generations that takes place in a predestined direction independent of external factors) \"Orthogenesis\" is the story of Ayden Lee, a young, beautiful woman who, orphaned as a child by her mother's disappearance, discovers through very unconventional means that she is living her last days on Earth before becoming something else.
